About The Print Shop Team
Our print shop team manages a high volume of printing needs and shipping logistics including the printing, packaging, scanning, and final shipment of immigration applications across our two brands, Boundless and Rapid Visa, ensuring best-in-class customer service on tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
The Print Shop Associate will work across our two brands, Boundless and RapidVisa, out of our Las Vegas operations HQ and will report to our Print Shop Lead. You will be responsible for assisting in the final, most critical stages of the customer journey – the printing, assembly, and shipment of the completed petition! You will utilize your attention to detail and digital savvy to prepare and print high-quality petitions that delight our customers. We will look to this individual to follow standards for workflows, as well as to suggest process and platform improvements, all while keeping cost and efficiency a priority.

Compensation
The rate for this position is typically $19.00/hour. Compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process. What You’ll Do

In this role, you will
- Manage tight turnaround times on tasks for all printing and scanning needs
- Digitally review, edit, and prepare final .pdf of customer petitions, ensuring that all documentation, images, and information are legible and organized for the highest quality application
- Collaborate with our CS Agents, as needed, to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with final printing, assembly, and packaging of all Boundless and Rapid Visa petitions
- Drive Print Shop progress towards hitting cost, SLA, and CSAT goals
- Solve maintenance-related issues quickly and make recommendations to improve our equipment as needed
- Report on and escalate issues and bugs as needed to improve our product and platforms
- Act as a point of contact with USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc., and manage mail related tasks and issues as they arise
- Assist Print Shop inventory management, keeping stock of inventory needs and staying in line with budget
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and shipping software
- Ability to use independent judgment, strong awareness and insight into problems as they occur, ability to respond and follow up in an expeditious manner
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to ensure quick turnaround and meet deadlines
- Prior experience working with and troubleshooting high-volume printers is a plus
- You’re experienced working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about the immigration process.
