We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Solar Canvass Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive the growth of our solar initiatives.
As a Solar Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our door-to-door team, developing strategies to maximize outreach efforts, and promoting our solar solutions in diverse communities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base while fostering an inclusive environment that prioritizes equity and accessibility in solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team, providing mentorship and support to ensure success.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective canvassing strategies to engage target communities and drive awareness of solar energy benefits.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor canvassing metrics and team performance, analyzing data to continuously improve outreach efforts.
- Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of canvassing team members regarding solar technology and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within sales, canvassing, or community outreach, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the benefits they offer to residential customers.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
