Overview
The Field Sales Consultant self-generates sales leads and presents in-home presentations on our solar products and services for potential customers. Their priority is to make a genuine human connection with the potential customers with the intent to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for their home and families. If you enjoy face to face interaction, engaging customers and find the idea of working out in the field exciting, then this is the job for you!
We have leads available to close which will be earned based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Utilize LightSpeed or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Provide insightful feedback on customer needs and preferences to enhance product offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improving sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using design and CRM software for account management and lead tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales landscape.
