Summary

The Project Manager evaluates all new needs and facilitates conversations around prioritization, creating a strategy to complete projects based on internal capabilities and staffing allocations. This individual will be familiar with the full scope of our partnerships and the services we provide to each. They will manage project objectives and requirements in a way that effectively helps grow the business.

General Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects, ensuring internal and external teams deliver results that exceed objectives
• Create consistency and efficiency within a collaborative cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality creative assets
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to align on project status
• Conduct weekly status meetings to update business colleagues on project status
• Maintain work queues and determine delivery schedules based on stakeholder expectations
• Provide positive management toward successful delivery with a focus on quality, schedule, scope, and communication
• Provide verbal status updates and speak to implications in stakeholder meetings, in addition to delivering written status reports and providing other communications as needed for a variety of audiences
• Analyze project risks and communicate with key stakeholders
• Guide the documentation of business requirements and preparation of QA planning materials
• Navigate Smartsheet and Jira proficiently to make regular project updates and keep the team on task
  
  

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business administration, or related field, OR appropriate combination of education and significant experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the following areas: advertising agency traffic management, marketing, project management, operations, or consulting
• Working knowledge of the following functions: content, design, development, SEO, media, and CRO
• Progressively responsible project management experience, including experience documenting business requirements and participation in QA activities
• Knowledge of traffic management concepts, tools, and activities, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and requirements analysis and facilitation; knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, and SharePoint preferred
• Proven ability to manage competing projects under significant constraints
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Professional oral and written communication skills for effective relationship development/management and presentations with stakeholders
• Exceptional customer service skills with specific experience managing partner relationships
