Boundless Life Sciences Group is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for an full-time Digital Project Manager. 

 

The Digital Project Manager (DPM) at Boundless Life Sciences Group is a dynamic, forward-thinking leader responsible for managing and executing high-impact, digital and omnichannel initiatives for pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients.  This individual should have agency experience, and will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment, technical feasibility, and that business objectives are met. They also possess a solid understanding of rules and regulations of digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to HIPAA, GDPR, OPDP, and med/legal submission requirements.

 

This role requires a self-starter who is highly adaptable, capable of bringing innovative ideas to the table, and act as a trusted partner to both internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate is proficient in digital and omnichannel marketing and can manage complex projects from project discovery and project briefs to pull-through flawless execution. 

 

Responsibilities:

Agile Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing and omnichannel projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain timelines, workflows, stand-ups, retrospectives (experience with Agile methodologies is a plus).
  • Oversee the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to ensure alignment on digital build requirements across teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that built kits and their components adhere industry best practices, and brand and compliance guidelines.

Strategic Thinking & Innovation

  • Actively introduce new ideas to the team, staying ahead of industry trends in AI-driven marketing, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital-first strategies that enhance marketing efficiency and user engagement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks proactively, ensuring project objectives remain intact.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and project transparenc.
  • Partner with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Development teams to foster collaboration and manage expectations effectively.
  • Lead client communications related to project updates, scope tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate internal meetings (e.g., sprint reviews, retrospectives, training sessions) to ensure alignment and accountability.

Execution & Technical Expertise

  • Oversee the execution of web banners, websites, interactive visual aids (IVAs), landing pages, technical audits, organic social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, WorkOtter, WorkFront, Jira, etc.) to maintain project timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of web development technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams (experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and AI-driven digital marketing solutions to optimize digital campaigns a plus).
  • Ensure all digital deliverables meet regulatory, compliance, and Med/Legal submission standards.

Operational Excellence & Change Management

  • Establish best-in-class project management processes to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Manage scope changes effectively, ensuring project timelines and budgets remain intact without compromising quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Proactively solve challenges, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of agency experience required in advertising or marketing agency, managing end-to-end digital projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and tracking digital build requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects autonomously while maintaining quality.
  • Expertise in digital project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, WorkOtter, WorkFront, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus, no actual development required) and digital production workflows.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and AI-driven marketing automation a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Med/Legal submission processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing solutions and automation preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a plus.
