Boundless Life Sciences Group is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for a full time Group Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical advertising experience, to operate on multiple levels, both internally and externally, to strategically manage the brand, product, agency product team and especially external client relations. Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a key client relationship and develop strategic direction for the client’s brands.
- Demonstrate "Big Picture" thinking view of Brand and business and provide strategic contributions to success of Brand.
- Manage the agency team to proactively and regularly create ideas that deliver on the client’s business objectives.
- Work with your team to grow the client’s business to ensure financial profitably.
- Demonstrate the fiscal acumen to lead a profitable account.
- Oversee the strategic and executional quality of all client materials.â¯
- Ensure that all agency work represents the best we have to offer -- strategically sound, arresting creative, and error-free.â¯
- Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externallyâ¯
- Assign work to assure project deadlines are met.â¯
- Act as an advocate of the clients; make decisions with the agency’s and employees’ best interest in mind.â¯
- Serves as a team leader and works across other departments to overcome challenges with a solutions-oriented approach: not just identifying problems but developing ways to solve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, advertising, marketing, communications or science/medicine major preferred
- 7-8 years previous experience in medical marketing or agency experience
- 5 years healthcare advertising
- 3 years previous experience managing one or more direct reports
- Strong financial management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing staff members
- Solid business writing skillsâ¯
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
