```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
```Skills```
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Knowledge of catering services for event planning and coordination
- Brewing knowledge for creating specialty cocktails and craft beer recommendations
- Bartending skills including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to assist in food handling tasks when needed
- Cash handling experience to accurately process payments
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
