- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food orders
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy and quality of food orders before delivering them to customers
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and delivery areas
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or similar role in a restaurant is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays ARE required
