Bourbon Brothers is currently accepting applications for Bartenders to join our rapidly growing team. Our Bartenders will become an integral part of the success of our world-class hospitality and entertainment brand in Gainesville, GA. VENU is parent company to award winning restaurant and entertainment properties Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Boot Barn Hall, and the recently announced Sunset Amphitheater.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Requirements
· 2 years of experience in high volume bar or restaurant
· Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
· Bartenders must be legal drinking age.
· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
· Strong base of alcohol knowledge, specifically Bourbons/Whiskeys
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
