Position Summary: A Nurse Extern works under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Completion of Nursing Fundamentals and/or at least one Medical-Surgical clinical rotation
- Documentation of skill performance evaluation
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (within one week of hire)
