BOOKKEEPER / SECRETARY AND PARAPROFESSIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or GED required.
REPORTS TO: School Principal, School Director
SUPERVISES: Not Applicable
JOB GOAL: Perform routine clerical accounting duties for which are structured and closely supervised.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all school records.
2. Maintain various records, documents and file as directed; distribute reports as assigned.
3. Learn and apply District policies and procedures.
4. Perform office, secretarial and clerical work to assist the administration with a variety of administrative
tasks.
5. Keep records of all school financial transactions.
6. Serve as Receptionist as needed.
7. Disseminate information resources in areas of responsibility. - Responsible for all secretarial duties, including typing, computer and input filing.
- Receptionist duties, including telephone and checking in/out of students.
- Assist in making materials and running copies.
- Assist in running errands and other miscellaneous chores.
- Assist in keeping offices clean and safe.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work day to be determined by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel. Preschool staff will be evaluated annually.
