Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
• Support other team members in various tasks as needed during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
