About the Role :

Responsibilities :

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage and organize case files and documents
  • Coordinate client meetings and court appearances
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team

    • Requirements :

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
