Human Resources Regional Manager
The Human Resources Regional Manager serves as the key HR resource for two or more affiliates within a region.
They are contributors and collaborators with each Affiliates' Leadership teams, working together to ensure support and oversight of the HR duties for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages employee benefit administration, including new hires, qualifying events, and open enrollment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborates with external vendors to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- In partnership with the Regional Recruiter, facilitates the smooth transition from applicant to employee through electronic onboarding and affiliate orientation.
- Maintains an up-to-date system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking, employee physicals, and vaccines using the HR Tracker.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations.
- Provides guidance and support to Leadership on employee coaching and corrective action, ensuring consistent practices, legal compliance, proper documentation, and fair treatment of all employees.
- Works closely with Leadership to promote employee engagement, support, and retention.
