Position Summary: As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the studio, including membership sales, community engagement, staff management, and ensuring the highest level of customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and membership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance.
- Drive Sales: Achieve membership and revenue targets through sales initiatives, member engagement, and community outreach.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of fitness coaches, sales associates, and front desk staff.
- Member Engagement: Foster a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere, ensuring members have a top-notch fitness experience.
- Marketing & Outreach: Plan and execute local events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns to attract new members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and fitness studio software is a plus.
