Who You Are:
- You have experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales and know how to close deals and build loyalty.
- You’re comfortable making 50 outbound calls per day to connect with leads and grow a membership base.
- You’re a proactive and approachable leader who motivates staff, fosters community, and delivers an exceptional client experience.
- You thrive in a community-centered studio environment and love helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- You’re resourceful and understand how to execute grassroots marketing and build partnerships within the Okemos/East Lansing area.
- You’re passionate about health, fitness, and leading a purpose-driven lifestyle — and you lead by example.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the studio’s overall performance, with a heavy focus on membership sales and client retention.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the studio is always clean, organized, and high-energy.
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate front desk and support staff to hit team goals.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, community events, and local partnerships to grow the studio’s presence.
- Track KPIs, report studio metrics, and work closely with ownership to implement business strategies.
- Build a strong, supportive studio culture that inspires both team members and clients.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in boutique fitness or membership-driven environments.
- Prior management or team leadership experience with a strong coaching style.
- Confidence in sales and the ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — on the phone, in-person, and digitally.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- A natural passion for health and wellness, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
