General Manager – Boutique Fitness Studio (Confidential Search)

Compensation: $50,000 base salary bonus and commission

About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead a boutique fitness studio in La Vista, NE. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee studio operations, drive membership growth, implement grassroots marketing initiatives, and build strong business partnerships to establish the studio as a premier fitness destination.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for sales performance, staff leadership, and delivering an outstanding member experience. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to overcome objections to drive revenue and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring membership targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members to maximize retention.
- Train and coach the team on effective sales strategies and objection handling.
- Develop corporate membership programs and local outreach efforts to grow the studio’s presence.
Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement
- Design and execute local marketing campaigns, including business partnerships, events, and pop-ups.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations to drive referrals and brand awareness.
- Represent the studio at community events to generate leads and engagement.
Studio Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth class execution and an exceptional member experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, including front desk and sales staff.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and studio supplies.
Performance & Revenue Management
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversions, retention, and attendance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve studio profitability and member engagement.
- Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail management, with a strong sales background.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and lead a team to success.
- Experience in grassroots marketing, business partnerships, and community engagement.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work independently.

Schedule & Compensation
