Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Help display merchandise to enhance sales.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Assist customers to find the perfect outfit.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Willingness to assist with day-to-day boutique operations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
