Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Utilize tools such as Facebook Business Suite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers to foster community.
- Analyze performance metrics using social listening tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall advertising initiatives.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, products, or services through social media channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media.
- Proficiency in content creation and familiarity with Shopify and Canva is preferred.
