Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to high-level staff, including assisting with human resources, office management, and public relations tasks
- Coordinate HR functions such as planning firm events, assisting with recruiting, drafting offer letters, and onboarding new hires
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, handling office issues, maintaining inventory, and ensuring supplies are restocked
- Collaborate with the receptionist to address general office needs and manage day-to-day operations
- Assist in public relations initiatives by drafting blog posts, social media content, and e-newsletters, and supporting video production and marketing campaigns
- Act as a liaison with IT vendors to address technical issues and ensure efficient communication
- Minimum of 2 years of office or professional experience within a law firm
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor s degree required
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- HR experience is a significant advantage
