Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, managing schedules, communications, and office organization
- Serve as the front desk liaison, greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling mail
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and technology setup
- Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring smooth logistics and organization
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment and oversee supply management
- Distribute materials and information to employees as needed
- Support HR and accounting with clerical tasks and document management
- Communicate effectively with field employees, ensuring seamless operations
- Occasionally assist with weekend or early morning tasks, especially during harvest
- Collaborate with leadership to improve office efficiency and processes
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in any industry (hospitality preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly fluent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (beginner level)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
