Associate Financial Advisor Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree is required
- CFP designation, or willingness to obtain promptly
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- 2 years of experience in a financial planning firm, preferably as a CSA or paraplanner ready for the next step
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with Calendly, ShareFile, and DocuSign is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for helping clients and coworkers
