Client Service And Operations Associate Responsibilities
- Handle new client onboarding account paperwork and fund subscription documents
- Provide support to Managing Partners and remote advisors assisting with client requests and scheduling meetings
- Manage client account maintenance tasks including beneficiary updates address changes and account linking requests while keeping CRM systems accurate and updated
- Collaborate with clients and their accountants tax attorneys and estate planners to address inquiries and maintain strong communication
- Monitor new client investments to ensure alignment with proposed allocations and perform data checks to verify account accuracy
- Independently prioritize tasks from multiple partners proactively managing follow-ups and projects without micromanagement
- Work with high-net-worth clients ensuring paperwork accuracy and maintaining strong attention to detail
- 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a RIA
- Must have alternative investment experience
- Experience in a client-facing role is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
- Proficient in Excel, including document formatting and data entry
- Previous experience with Schwab, Tamarac, or Wealthbox is a plus
- Understanding of investment operations, financial markets, alternative investments, and the asset management industry is a plus
