Consulting Program Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop program roadmaps, define milestones, and manage scope, budgets, and timelines
- Assess current states, identify gaps, and guide clients in adopting ITSM frameworks
- Design and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
- Establish KPIs and provide regular updates to client leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration
- Support cultural and operational change initiatives, including training and coaching client teams
- 7 10 years of program management experience, ideally within IT service management or IT operations in consulting
- Proven success leading multi-year programs with measurable outcomes
- PMP certification is required
- Strong expertise in ITSM frameworks and familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor s or equivalent experience
