The ideal candidate will work closely with the company owner and front-line staff to maintain operational efficiency, drive process improvements, and manage all financial controls. - Oversee accounting functions including A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions
- Work closely with the company owner and front-line staff to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Manage financial controls, policies, and procedures to support business operations
- Supervise and collaborate with accounting, HR, and administrative staff
- Assist in cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial compliance
- Support process improvements and drive efficiency in financial operations
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the trailer leasing industry is preferred but not required
