Customer Experience Consultant Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies tailored to client needs
- Conduct and analyze customer data, primary/secondary research, and assessments of current state processes
- Facilitate client workshops to identify gaps, define challenges, and shape future-state visions
- Lead journey mapping workshops to improve customer interactions across all channels
- Create actionable roadmaps and strategies to enhance customer experience maturity
- Establish and measure CX success metrics and KPIs with clients
- Deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables aligned with project goals
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and grow their confidence in CX solutions
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
- 3 years in management or strategy consulting or a related field
- 2 years working in customer experience with proven capability in developing strategies and actionable plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and Voice of the Customer/Experience Management technologies
- Exceptional client-facing, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor s or master s degree
- Certifications like PMP or CXPP is a plus
