Customer Liaison/Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the implementation of specialized software and customized tools
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, advocating for client needs and improvements
- Analyze and resolve complex issues involving integrations, configurations, and system workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to client-specific challenges
- Deliver training sessions to clients, ensuring successful software and tool adoption
- Develop reporting solutions to optimize insights from organizational data
Customer Liaison/Business Analyst Requirements:
- Strong background in technology solutions, business analysis, and client-focused problem-solving
- Experience with project coordination, training, and software implementation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and support
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to work onsite at least part of the week and travel occasionally for client visits
- Familiarity with union or labor organization operations is a plus
