Salary Range : $180,000 - $210,000 / year DOE
Director of Finance Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the firm's aggressive expansion goals
- Manage all financial activities, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Mentor and lead the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and results
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Ensure financial stability and profitability by overseeing cash flow and day-to-day financial operations
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, industry-specific financial regulations, and best practices
- Implement and optimize financial systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Manage partnerships with banks, CPA firms, and other financial stakeholders
- Support tax planning and prepare necessary documentation in collaboration with external accountants
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure financial health and operational success
