Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 / year DOE
Entry Level Project Accountant Responsibilities :
- Assist with setting up and organizing project accounting for small to large-scale projects
- Receive, process, and enter subcontractor invoices into the system
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) related to projects
- Track and monitor project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Support the team in various accounting tasks, including basic financial reporting and project cost tracking
- Collaborate closely with senior accounting staff and project managers to ensure accurate project financials
