Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the founder
- Manage office compliance, safety regulations, and general maintenance
- Act as the liaison between field teams and office operations
- Oversee business license renewals, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Support invoicing, posting bills, and issuing lien releases
- Write purchase orders and coordinate with subcontractors
- Assist with AR and limited operational technology projects
- Handle client communications and maintain company standards in written correspondence
- Maintain records and documentation in Goldmine
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- 2 years of experience in construction administration, specifically in commercial projects only
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing and billing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
