In this role, the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing internal finance across multiple international entities, engaging with the C-Suite, and overseeing cross-country transactions, particularly with the UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. Salary Range : $120,000 - $180,000 / year DOE
Financial Controller Requirements :
- 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a Controller role
- CPA or CIMA certification is required
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and multi-entity financial management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, high-intensity environment
- Experience in a CPA firm or law office, particularly in fast-paced settings is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on effective management and coaching is desired
