Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 / year DOE

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Engage in inside sales, primarily supporting general contractors and construction businesses
- Handle incoming customer calls and proactively follow up on leads and open orders
- Provide technical product guidance, ensuring clients receive the right materials for their projects
- Generate quotes and estimates using industry software
- Assist customers in understanding their product needs and help guide them through the sales process
- Maintain weekly order tracking and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including answering phones, working the counter, or operating a forklift when necessary
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture, helping manage customer relationships with a high-touch service approach
- 2 years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, takeoffs, and structural diagrams
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and ask technical questions to ensure accurate quoting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities
- Willing to assist with various tasks as needed
- Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
