You ll work on multi-acre residential estates and eco-focused urban developments, designing custom features like pools, tennis courts, and terraces. This is a unique opportunity to bring creative visions to life while managing end-to-end project phases. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in landscape architecture, a passion for delivering high-quality designs, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 / year DOE

Landscape Architect Responsibilities :

• Design and manage landscape architecture projects, including residential estates and urban developments
• Lead and oversee projects from concept to completion, collaborating with a team of 2-3 designers
• Develop and present design concepts, renderings, and construction documents to clients
• Create custom design elements, such as swimming pools, tennis courts, and eco-conscious spaces
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects meet expectations
• Review and redline technical drawings in AutoCAD
• Conduct design reviews and manage project timelines with a two-week lookahead schedule
• Stay involved in all phases of project development, from initial design to construction oversight
