Landscape Construction Manager Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the landscaping field, with at least 5 years in management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work onsite
- Proficiency in landscape management software (LMN, Procore, or similar) preferred
- Knowledge of hardscape, irrigation, and plant installations
- Capable of creating accurate estimates and take-offs
- Willingness to be hands-on as needed
- Experience with equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Oversee daily scheduling, project progress, and crew deployment for multiple job sites
- Coordinate material procurement and manage inventory for upcoming jobs
- Maintain LMN records, tracking job progress vs. estimated time, and marking completed jobs
- Conduct on-site safety training and identify improvement areas for crew efficiency
- Work closely with general contractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and efficient use of resources
- Company vehicle with gas card
