Position: Personal Injury Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake through case resolution
- Draft, file, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Review and organize medical records for case preparation and development
- Coordinate communications with clients, medical providers, and legal teams
- Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies
- Manage court filings and maintain deadlines for all active cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience
- Litigation experience required with at least 1 year of relevant practice
- High school diploma required; paralegal certification preferred
- Proficiency in Word and strong organizational skills
- Bilingual Spanish and English highly preferred
- Familiarity with plaintiff-side personal injury legal processes preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
