A leading law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join their growing litigation team. This role supports five attorneys in business and commercial litigation by handling filing (state and federal), drafting legal documents, document production, calendaring, and client document processing. The ideal candidate is collegial, dedicated, and thrives in a high-standard work environment.

Paralegal Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with case preparation, document management, and legal research
• File legal documents in state and federal courts
• Assist with drafting and formatting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage document production, including organizing and uploading client files to a discovery platform
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines
• Gather and process client documents efficiently
  
  

Paralegal Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in business/commercial litigation
• Experience with production databases and discovery platforms
• Paralegal certificate or BA degree required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with state and federal filing procedures is a plus
