Personal Injury Attorney

Onsite in Stamford, CT or West Chester, NY

A tech-savvy and rapidly expanding law firm specializing in personal injury cases is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney who is barred in Connecticut and New York. They are looking for a skilled attorney with at least 5 years of experience, with courtroom experience and a strong focus on plaintiff personal injury law. Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000 DOE commission

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload rolling personal injury cases in various stages
• Handling pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement preparation for automobile and premises liability cases
• Drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motions, filings, and court approval processes
• Collaborating with paralegals, disbursement, and vetting teams
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of attorney experience, with significant personal injury experience
• Must be barred in New York and Connecticut
• Plaintiff side experience in personal injury cases is essential
• Courtroom experience is a must
• Proficiency in Outlook, Slack, Word; Litify (CRM) experience preferred
• Organized and able to navigate challenges effectively
