Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 / year DOE
Attorney Requirements
1-5 years of experience in personal injury defense, particularly in commercial auto and and/or transportation
Strong understanding of bodily injury claims and medical billing practices
Proficiency in handling depositions and working with damage experts
Defense Experience Is Required
Barred in California
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft motions and legal documents
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to ethical practice and client focus
Attorney Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of around 20 cases, primarily in transportation defense and personal injury
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and game plans
Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines, including litigation plans and status reports
Conduct in-depth discovery and site inspections to gather relevant evidence
Draft and file motions, including motions for summary judgment and to compel
Take and defend depositions, providing expert support as needed
Mentor and assist junior attorneys in their professional development
