Salary Range : $70,000 - $75,000 / year DOE
Production Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily operations of the protein portioning room, including setup and preparation for production
- Oversee a team of 16-18 employees, ensuring efficient time management and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate product quality, including ensuring machines are correctly set up for accurate cutting
- Track and manage product flow and weights before and after processing to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with the VP of Procurement to set expectations for raw material needs and scheduling
- Coach and lead team members, providing clear direction and addressing performance issues
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Verify information provided by the team to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards
