A reputable electrical construction company is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Managerto join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating and bidding electrical construction projects, managing awarded projects from start to completion, and coordinating with field teams, general contractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, electrical expertise, and excellent communication skills to navigate a dynamic work environment.
Salary Range : $140,000 - $170,000 / year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Conduct start-to-finish estimating for electrical construction projects ranging from $5K to $10M
- Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate pricing estimates
- Oversee awarded projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
- Manage RFIs, submittals, RFCs, and project documentation
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials
- Directly manage job site foremen and crews
- Conduct site visits to oversee work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Serve as the main point of contact for GCs, property owners, and other stakeholders
- Assist in design-build projects and recommend electrical modifications as needed
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal electrical codes
- Participate in company-wide planning meetings to collaborate on projects and bids
