A leading roofing company is seeking a Roofing Estimator to join their team and play a key role in bidding and selling commercial roofing projects. This position involves preparing accurate estimates, analyzing project specifications, and developing strategic relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in commercial roofing, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Roofing Estimator Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for potential roofing projects
• Analyze blueprints, project specifications, and proposals to determine costs
• Compute labor and material estimates for bids, planning, and scheduling
• Organize and submit product information, shop drawings, and samples
• Stay updated on industry codes, materials, and design requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to review and approve estimates
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships within the industry
  
  

Roofing Estimator Requirements

• 1 3 years (Junior), 3 5 years (Mid-level), or 5 years (Senior) experience in roofing estimation
• High school diploma required
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Commercial roofing experience required
• Experience with The Edge estimating software is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
