Sales Representative Requirements

• 5 years of general experience, preferably in retail or sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties and handle freight as needed
• Ability to take initiative and learn product knowledge independently
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with POS systems; Counterpoint experience preferred
