Territory Manager (Outside Sales) Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors to drive business in the assigned territory
- Focus on generating new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking within the industry
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring continued growth and success through upselling and strategic guidance
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, delivering product information and addressing contractor needs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC distribution or a related industry
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and cold call effectively
- Comfortable with frequent travel, spending four days per week on the road
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, capable of working independently and achieving sales targets
