Wealth Management Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze and rebalance client portfolios to align with client goals and risk tolerances
- Prepare detailed financial reports, balance sheets, and budgets for client reviews
- Manage the preparation process for annual client meetings, including data collection, entry, and analysis
- Collaborate with financial advisors on portfolio recommendations involving mutual funds, variable price annuities, and other investment products
- Gather and update asset values, such as real estate and art collections, and coordinate with custodians to ensure accurate account data
- Utilize software tools to support financial planning and analysis
- Contribute to a seamless client experience by assisting in meeting preparation and providing analytical support for clients with high net worth
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, RIA or broker-dealer preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with a love for numbers and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment
