What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Success: Make 50 outbound calls daily, connect with prospective clients, and convert leads into loyal members.
- Drive Studio Growth: Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach. Get creative and put your stamp on our launch strategy!
- Launch a New Studio: Play a central role in opening a brand-new studio. From hiring the best talent to creating a welcoming space, your leadership will set the tone for success.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand the studio’s reach.
- Develop Talent: Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and hit sales targets.
- Stay Organized: Manage inventory, ensure operational compliance, and maintain a clean, well-organized studio environment.
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Ensure every client interaction reflects our high standards, helping them feel supported and inspired to reach their goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales or membership sales experience (bonus points if it’s in fitness or wellness!).
- A confident, motivated self-starter who can generate leads and close deals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach a team to success.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to think outside the box.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.
