Role description
As part of strengthening our team at Bovet LLC in North Miami Beach, FL, we are seeking a Operations Support Assistant, whose primary role will be to manage administrative tasks, oversee operations, and provide executive support.
Your main responsibilities :
Ø Support for daily operation : You will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the maison. Such as receiving, invoicing, and shipping in stock management.
Ø Coordination of Sales and Event needs : You will assist the teams in preparing and coordinating exclusive events, both internal and external, while ensuring adherence to the maison's high standards of excellence in haute horlogerie.
Ø Communication and Collaboration with Teams : You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and management departments to ensure seamless coordination and optimal responsiveness to urgent needs..
Ø Maintaining a Positive and Proactive Attitude : Attitude is essential: you will play a key role in creating a positive and motivated work environment, contributing to the team's effectiveness and the maison's image.
Ø Upholding the Maison's Values and Standards : You will ensure that all your actions align with the values of excellence, discretion, and quality, in keeping with the prestigious image of the Maison.
Profile sought:
Ø Minimum of 3 years' experience in office management or executive support roles.
Ø Excellent organizational and time management skills..
Ø Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ø Proficiency in office software and equipment (Microsoft Office))
Ø Methodical, autonomous, and proactive individual, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail and prioritization skills.
