Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join the firm’s growing legal and compliance team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will advise on corporate governance, employment, transactional, procurement, operations and other strategic matters across each of the firm’s corporate entities. Our ideal candidate will be :

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This full-time salary (overtime exempt) position requires at least 40 hours of work per week. Business operations are Monday through Friday.
Travel
Overnight travel requirements are less than 5% unless on a particular assignment. Travel and mileage reimbursements may apply, subject to Company policy.
Compensation
Bow River Capital offers discretionary vacation and competitive health, insurance and retirement benefits. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 plus an annual discretionary performance bonus. Years of experience and years in a similar role, among other factors, will be used to determine the actual salary.
