We're looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible individual to work at our retail store. You'll provide fantastic customer service by assisting customers with products, cashiering, and stocking our shelves and coolers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and engage in friendly conversation
- Stock, merchandise, and rotate product throughout the store, including inside walk-in beer cooler
- Become familiar with store lay-out and products in beer, wine, spirits, and non-alc departments
- Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
- Cashiering duties such as entering all transactions efficiently and accurately
- Light cleaning and dusting
- Follow all local, state, and federal laws, and company policies pertaining to the sale and of alcohol
- Be a team player, be willing to cross-train and pitch in wherever is needed
Skills:
- Retail experience
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Experience in the wine, beer, and spirits industry or an enthusiastic willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
- Perform repetitive grasping, pinching, squeezing, and hand/arm motions
- Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting items at or above waist level
- Ability to lift 15-20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion
