Do you love movies? If you do, join our team! Bow Tie Cinemas is seeking Guest Services Associates at our location in Saratoga Springs, NY. Guest Service Associates are responsible for selling tickets, food and beverages, and perform usher duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers.
- Provide courteous and accurate assistance to our guests.
- Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions using point of sale system to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.
- Provide assistance in locating customers seats.
- Clean and maintain theater facilities to ensure a comfortable and sanitary experience for all customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
