The Kitchen, Bath, and Cabinetry Designer is responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional kitchen and bathroom spaces while specializing in custom cabinetry solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, developing detailed 2D and 3D renderings, selecting high-quality materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate possesses strong design expertise, in-depth product knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience. This position offers a dynamic and creative environment for a designer passionate about transforming living spaces through innovative and practical solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and functional needs for kitchen, bath, and cabinetry projects.
Create detailed 2D and 3D design renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, SketchUp).
Design custom cabinetry solutions, optimizing layout, materials, finishes, and storage functionality to maximize space efficiency.
Provide expert advice on cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and finishes.
Assist in showroom presentations and selections.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of designs.
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations, especially in cabinetry design.
Prepare and present design proposals, including material samples and mood boards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
Preferred Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry, as well as with cabinetry design preferred
Excels at residential design and understands the remodeling process
Strong ability to build relationships (internal and external), effectively communicate and positively influence direct reports, coworkers and clients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities; experienced and creative problem solver
Strong project management and organizational skills; demonstrated track record for flexibility and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work with others and follow direction but also self-motivated and organized
Attention to detail required as well as an open mind to process improvement
A willingness to learn and to work
Computer proficiencies
20 / 20, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering Software
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
